SVC-01 Sourcing & procurement We source on a brand-agnostic basis against your part numbers or a performance brief, and confirm price and lead time before the order is placed.

SVC-02 Stock & warehousing Goods are received, checked and staged in Kyiv. Multi-line orders are consolidated and kitted so they ship as a single, complete consignment.

SVC-03 Logistics & delivery Delivery across Ukraine through established carrier partners, with dispatch documentation and tracking provided for every shipment.

SVC-04 Warranty & RMA We coordinate manufacturer warranty claims and returns, so faulty-unit handling stays out of the buyer's day-to-day workflow.

SVC-05 Reseller & corporate supply Account arrangements for resellers, integrators and corporate buyers who order regularly and rely on dependable availability.

Placing an order

How an order runs

Four straightforward steps from first enquiry to a delivered, documented consignment.

STEP-1 Enquiry Send the models or requirement, quantities and delivery point to corp@tekora.buzz.

STEP-2 Quotation We confirm specification, price and lead time in writing, and flag any item where availability is the constraint.

STEP-3 Confirmation On your approval the order is placed, goods are staged and consolidated, and a dispatch window is set.

STEP-4 Delivery The consignment ships with full documentation and tracking, and after-sales support stays with the same desk.
