We keep the commercial side plain so there are no surprises between the quote and the delivery note.

REQ-01 Specification first We confirm the exact part or the performance requirement in writing before a price is issued, so both sides quote against the same thing.

REQ-02 Quantities to suit Single-line replacement parts or multi-line fleet builds — order sizes are matched to what the buyer actually needs.

REQ-03 Lead time up front A realistic loading window is quoted with the price, and we flag any item where availability is the limiting factor.
